I cant leave the mortuary I have the key of the zombie but cant open the door I equipped the key in the quick slot but idk how to use the item :(

Are you sure you're trying to get the right door? There are at least two to choose from. The key is automatically removed from your inventory when you interact with the right one, no need to equip it or anything.

Ah ok so no need to quick item slot it still strange I think maybe my game is not working cause I got to both doors and it says its locked need a key and I got a key maybe im pressing the wrong mouse button cause I get door icon and left click nothing happens except this door is locked you need a key :/

There are three doors in that room. Go for the giant non-barred door to the West.
