I failed a pickpocket attempt in the Clerk's Ward and now the Harmonium won't get off my ass. Is there any way to make amends or something? Pay a fine? Anything?

If you have Quinn's fixpack installed you can talk to Diligence and have her call off the guards (if your character has a good standing)

If not, you'll have to kill all hostile guards without others noticing, there is no way to pacify them.
