The result of every click on any button gets delayed for me until I move the cursor away from the button. For example clicking the button for changing the logo of my company does nothing until I move the cursor away from the change-icon.

Anyone else with this problem?

Yes, I also have this problem as well as significant lag when typing into text boxes.

I also had the tutorial 'break', effectively not allowing me to progress even though I'd completed the required step.

All of these look timing related to me.

I'm using Windows 10.
I also have this problem.
Setting the game to run in compatibility mode for Win98/WinXP SP3 doesn't help, nor do any of the graphic compatibility settings.
Has anyone raised a support ticket for this yet? If not, I will.
Any progress with this? I'm experiencing it too.. it doesn't render the game unplayable but it's certainly frustrating. Although I actually couldn't progress with the tutorial as the dialogue box was blocking the pizza I had to make, and couldn't be removed. Any idea how I'd get around this?

When I was playing the tutorial, it was blocking the grater or what that thing is, but I accidentally found out that if you hover over it with an ingredient in hand, you can clear swathes of the textbox so you can see what's behind it.
I'll log a support ticket for the mouse issue today or tomorrow.

Oh, awesome! Thanks for telling me that, I kept pressing "Go To" hoping it would get rid of the box.
I have this same problem playing the game from the original disc.

Well, we can then conclude that it's not GOG's fault.
@All, I was in contact with support and we could not find a solution, however, it's apparently not affecting every Win10 system as they stated that they can't reproduce the issue, even though they have multiple Win10 computers.

I have the same problem.
I bought the Game today and got the same problem.

Maybe it just appears on Win10 with certain updates installed?
For example I have the Version 1607 installed on this computer.

you can look it up on Win+R then type in winver.

It's a DX compatibility issue. There's a neat open source tool called DXGL. It basically maps old DX to openGL.

You can get the files at https://www.dxgl.info/Downloads. The newest version of the binary is what you want.

I was having trouble adding the application profile on my system this time, so I copied the contents of the DXGL installation folder into the game's folder. I didn't play with any different profile settings for compatibility. I tried the borderless window and it worked, so I didn't try anything else.

Good luck to you all and happy pizzaing!
I tried the DXGL tool now.

When the Game just starts in a Window (Borderless or not) without any scaling it just works fine.
Only when you try it out with fullscreen or Scaling windows it won't work at least for me.

I guess lowering my Desktop Resolution manually and playing in window Mode without scaling is the only thing i can do. But at least it works this way ^^
I found issues with scaling it as well. It would load but the mouse cursor would still be looking for coordinates based on the original window size. Still is nice to play in a window though.

Mouse seems to be working fine for me after tweaking the settings a little. (See attachment)

sorry for bump but I think this might have fixed it.https://github.com/narzoul/DDrawCompat/releases you download it and then put ddraw in the game folder. Credit to the makers of this file
