Waltorious: As the topic says, I'm wondering if it's possible to play this game with Russian voices and English subtitles?
I think it would be relatively pointless.
In theory, all of the language-specific files are in the "Content" subfolder, with video and audio files having their own subfolders, and all of that is sorted by language (this in not installer-language-dependent, as far as I can tell). So a quick and dirty backup/rename job can give you the English text + Russian audio combination.
In practice, the intro movie doesn't appear to have any attached subtitles at all, and neither does the speech - what gets translated is the just the floating text on interactive objects. (Then again, most of the speech is just comments/jokes from the main characters. It's that kind of game.)
