So when I install v3.01 and enter expansion areas, I get a pink mess (see attached image). I've heard it's due to missing textures and the White March versions not being consistent with the main game version, however you have not provided a separate update file for the White March versions that I can see - so now I'm having to download the 5 GB worth of expansions again and re-install.

Can you please provide a smaller update file for the expansions as with the main game, or if such a thing exists already can you point me to it because as far as I can see it's not there. 5 GB is probably going to take me an hour and a half to download, so it's pretty far from ideal.

I've attached the screenshot of what I'm seeing, there is no separate v3.00 -> v3.01 patches for White March as far as I can tell. Hence fresh installs of both White March parts, which is taking ages.

To clarify, I installed v3.00 of both the game and White March I and II. Then I installed v3.00 -> v3.01 for the main game - which I've heard is the source of these problems as it's now inconsistent with the White March versions. If there is a separate v3.00 -> v3.01 for White March then I literally can't see it on that page.

Try refreshing your account, because I'm not seeing what you are seeing.

Still no luck, who's best to contact about this? I got around it in the end by re-downloading the entire expansion, but it took a while.

Contact support. It may be that the Mac patches are different somehow.

I think the White March has only Windows patches.

Mac and Linux users have to download the full installer again for White March 3.01.

Even my Windows tab doesn't have the update patches section though, which is very weird. I've contacted support, I'll see what happens - if I have to download a new installer every time for both parts that sucks because 5 GB is pretty hefty and the install time isn't exactly fast either.

I confirm this.

the patch to 3.01 breaks all textures involving moving particles and items/spells from the WM 2 expansion.

you won't notice it UNTIL you actually access content from the white march expansion pack.

if you reinstall the base version (3.0) it fixes the textures.

this is most definitely a problem with the gog patch, as steam users are not reporting this.

also being reported as an issue for people using the Linux version of the game.
