A heads-up, Paradox has recently increased the game's price in some regions, at least on steam. For example, in Brazil from my calculations it increased 45%, which is insane. Wouldn't be surprised if there was an increase on GOG soon, since most regional prices here (at least on my region) are 1:1 to steam nowadays.

It's currently on sale (60% off) at GOG, so if you want it, get it *now*.
The reason for this is to make our prices match the purchasing power of those areas

Pardon my French but when I saw this my reaction was "what a load of crocs**t".
Increasing prices in regions where average folk consider video games "a luxury good" is awful...
Heard they doubled the prices in Russia. That mean they put filthy rich oligarchs (or their kids) in the same group as common folks. Ok...

Indeed, that "reason" is offensive to me as well. It is simply PR bullshit and they know it.

Excuse me, but... this game was around 700 rubles here and now with 60% discount it's 639 rubles, what kind of sale this is?.. they obviously treat me like I'm an idiot. I won't respect company like this ever.

Good luck to Paradox. I'll miss Obsidian games, unless... well, we all know where rum is free.

I feel bad for buying the game at full price in order to support Obsidian. If i had known that this idiocy would happen,i would have never both the game.Disgusting!Lets hope that PoE2 is not Paradox game.
Price hasn't changed in Belgium, still the same €45 (44.99) it has always been for the normal edition. Same thing on Steam.
It's now equally expensive to its Steam version for me in China. Since GOG has recently opened a CNY regional pricing service, it's easy for me to compare the games on GOG to those on Steam, and many of them are equally cheap, which makes me happier.

Even if GOG's selling games at a price a bit higher than Steam, I'm willing to support GOG. But it seems to me that in the case of POE, Paradox has brought the plague over here? I hope their price will be more reasonable in the near future.
I'm in the U.S. and so never saw any changes to pricing, but it appears that Paradox has rolled back their pricing changes and is offering a free game or some free DLC to those who were affected by the change in price. Details here:
