When I first downloaded the patches, they would not install - wrong game version.

I deleted my game and reinstalled it, then applied the patches again. The patches worked, but the game would not launch - the application is damaged and should be moved to the trash.

I deleted the game a third time and reinstalled again. Now the patch will not install again - wrong game version.

I have installed the game 4 times now and it seems totally broken.

I got a suggestion to enter some code in the terminal, but I cannot even install the patches now.

I cannot seem to find an email address to contact Gog about this or ask for a refund.

I don't seem to be able to open a support ticket. When I click on "technical issues with launching, etc" I get a screen with the games I own - then I click pillars of eternity and get some generic troubleshooting links. I see no way to advance further. What do I need to do to "open a support ticket"?

Go here, and in the 'Problem type' dropdown, select 'Other', and describe your issue.
