If I do Dozens up to getting Cladhaliath, is it possible then to side with Knights?

Since you haven't said, I'm going to make an assumption that you got the spear as a result of the quest "The Bronze Beneath the Lake"? If so, then no. Merely accepting that quest locks you into The Dozens faction.

No I got it on a previous playthrough, just wanted to make sure before I committed to this one, thanks very much for the help Hickory!
