Patch 1.1 is released except for GOG on Linux... What time will it be available?

How very lame. Meanwhile, Eothas is still on the run...

Is there another big patch somewhere on the horizon? I wonder if at this point it's best to do something else until the game get's in a better shape. It's pretty good as it is, but i remember POE1 being way better the second time i played it after a long hiatus.

Some "expansive DLC" should come out in july.

To be perfectly honest, this piecemeal release feels like pre-order/early access in all but name. They may eventually succeed in training players who avoid early access to avoid released and "released" games as well, until they are on sale, not because of price, but simply to avoid issues in-game and with getting games to begin with. So far there have been corrupted files/no files at all on three successive occasions.

According to the update from obsidian forums - "The current ETA is early tomorrow 6/12 10 AM GMT."

Thanks for the reply, it's terrible that we have to rely on forum posters to be updated, without a word from GOG here.

Still no sight of it, huh, almost a week after it was released.

Hopefully they won't release half-a-patch again this time, like they have had a habit of doing with this game.

The file is available for download now, though it is 17GB instead of 20GB, so...we will see.

EDIT: and indeed the file is corrupted. Four or five pretty angry Linux gamers are glaring at you silently, GOG.

It truly is unbelievable. They have somehow managed to cock this up for every single released version or patch on Linux.

Last time some blue told us it wouldn't happen again - yet here we are :(

So instead of a patch, the game needs to be reinstalled?
