Hi, yes, I do. Having activated the forge and accumulated Durgan Iron Ingots spread throughout the White March in chests and hidden locations, you must venture back into the forge. Clicking on the central Adra allows you to further refine three or four ingots into one "Refined Durgan Iron Ingot". From there it's a simple matter of enchanting the item like normal, right clicking the item one wishes to enchant from the inventory screen and selecting the white forge recipe option. Choose wisely! for the supply of ingots is finite, totalling nine or twelve refined ingots.
