A not-so-great-but-understandable translation of the OP's post (taken from Google Translate):
"Hello, need help for the installation of play on mac explanations because I do not know how to install the extension of the second cd.

Moreover this is more Sierra manages I learned that it was gog.com and I do not know how to get the updates.

I am new: /"

Which version are you using? The GOG.com version is only for Windows users and is not listed to support alternative operating systems.

If you are using the CD version, then you need to ensure you've installed the base game of Pharaoh first (recommended to use the "Full" install option) and then install Cleopatra as an addition. Be aware that you may find the game will crash when Cleopatra is installed (as a CD version that is) and it is not as stable as Pharaoh as a standalone.

Sidenote: Many members here are primarily English speaking, so you'll find it easier to get support when using English. If it's not your first language, that's fine, but it may make it difficult for members to support you. :)

Thank you for your reply, I have installed the first pharaoh cd full version and then I installed Queen of nil.
By cons when I put the game on the way he said: insert the cd Queen of nyl !! the cd is still in the drive !!
Oh, Pharaoh uses SecuRom copy protection. One of the Windows security patches a few months back made it so the CD-check no longer works.

The only workarounds I'm aware of are:

1. Use Windows XP or earlier.
2. Uninstall that security patch. (Not recommended, unless that machine is not connected to the internet.)
3. Hex-edit or replace your executable to bypass the CD-check. (Not recommended, for obvious reasons.)
4. Buy a non-DRM version. Like from GOG.

I'd suggest #4.

[EDIT]
If #2 is an option for you, the update is Security Update KB3086255. It was released September 2015.

I am of the same opinion as yourself, but the GOG.com version is only for Windows and not Mac, and the OP uses a Mac computer, so none of that would work.
I don't believe there was a Mac release of Pharaoh. I'm guessing he's trying to run it on an emulator (Wine, maybe?), or else that the translation wasn't as accurate as might be hoped. Regardless, emulators are going to have to keep up with the Windows updates, too, if they want to be forward-compatible.

This appears to be a wrapper to run PC programs on the Mac, with specific instructions for Pharaoh/Cleo

http://paulthetall.com/pharaoh-mac/

It does say to expect problems with the CD install, and recommends using GOG as your game source.
