Hey I have been trying to find out if there is a version of Pharaoh for mac. I was sent to this site by another site claiming that gog.com had a mac version. it isnt labled as such so I was just wondering

Pharaoh has never existed for Mac, it's a Windows only game.

Wine can run Pharaoh, just the widescreen patch didn't work in my case.
So you should be able to run it this way

I run Pharao with Wineskin Winery (Engine WS9Wine1.5.16) on my MacBook Pro Mid-2009 very well. I had to adjust the speed (game speed: 60% / scrolling: 10%).

I cant get the widescreen patch working. I just get a black screen when i pick 1024x768 in game. Any suggestions?

The game work perfectly without the widescreen patch. But when I use the new exe file from the patch with my resolution, the screen goes black inside the game. Sound is still there but the screen is just black.

I just installed Pharaoh on my Mac and the mouse moves pretty fast. How did you adjust the speed to [ speed: 60% / scrolling: 10%]?

How did you adjust the game speed?

How do you go about saving it, so when you open it up and close it, that when you reopen it, it doesn't make you reinstall it?

Also - when I start the game the "mouse" icon disappears and I can't see where I'm clicking.

I've managed to get it to play on mac as you've done.
What I've got a problem is the selection - I can't seem to stop it from selecting the last thing I tried to build. So it stops me from doing anything else. Is there a trick I'm missing?
