my new purchase of phareeo will not download. The initialization will be in perpetual loading but the download does not start. Also I tried downloading the galaxy thingy and it won't download either.

Don't know about galaxy since I've never used it, but it sounds like you tried downloading direct from your account as well? https://www.gog.com/account
That is, you left clicked on PHARAOH + CLEOPATRA and then the download doesn't start?

Perhaps your connection is really slow? You could try using a download manager.

I recommend that you download and use the GOG.com downloader, which is an older tool GOG used to use for downloading games: https://www.gog.com/downloader

Then, in your GOG account, select the GOG Downloader Links option for Pharaoh and Cleopatra and then click the link under "Pharaoh + Cleopatra - Windows - installer", which should download the game under GOG Downloader instead of Galaxy.

I got the avatars to download and I allowed the gog.com downloader program through the firewall acess but now it can't fetch the data for the installer.

I got it to download finally. However there is nothing the folder execpt the bonus goodies.

You probably downloaded the bonus pack, not the full download of the game. The bonus download does not contain the game, you must select to download the game. The top link on the GOG Downloader links page is for the game, the bottom link is for the extra stuff.

it says downloaded the game but there are only bonus goodies I downloaded eariler. I clicked the windows installer button all it does is download the folder with no files in it.

By the way the game is in my library I have the full product it just downloads an empty folder whenever I click the first link.

I got the game to download directly from the download page but now it says my pc can't run the .exe file despite being in compatabilit mode. By the way it runs the demo off of CNET and I have winodws 10

it seems like my computer is croupping the downloads which come from this site

I just purchased a macpro (version 10.12). I originally bought this 4 years ago and had no issues downloading onto my macbook at the time. Is there a trick to getting the download to install? After the dowload is successful I double click to get the following error:

"You can't open the application because Microsoft windows applications are not supported on macOS"

Last time I feel like there was a prgram called winerack or something along those lines that would allow me to play the game on my mac even though it was made for a pc.
