Im noticing some missing sound dialog, and its replaced with text.
For example looking at the Picture of Blob ('your such a pretty girl blob'),
or calling Bob (something about king of the assholes).

I'm only early in the game so I don't know how much stuff is missing but anyone know a fix?

I'm afraid there is nothing you can do about it. AFAIR only the Windows version contains full voiced dialogs, whereas the DOS version (and that's the one available here) misses a few lines...
