Well, I don't know what happen but I am downloading those "FILES" now and by god it better work, or I am going to be pissed - because, ALL YOU GUYS GOT IT! (kidding). :) I am downloading it now and I will let you know how it goes. All you have to do is wait a little bit, well, maybe a little longer than "a bit". Ok, so it takes a longer than that. I'll be back... And, and...IT FINISHED!

In all seriousness, I too want to thank everyone involved in accoplishi8ng the final solution. That includes: Namur, tjkemock, Vagabond, george67 and mayberrymedic who first published this complaint. Thanks to all of you. Hope I don't see you guys any more:)

Ok, it's me again. The only way that I could get the game to work for me was to download it by using the download with browser. I tried to download it in the normal way and every thing worked out except when I went to launch the program the DOS Box would come up for just a second and then would go away and nothing else happened. I went to where my games go when the download works properly and the game was not there. I tried the "normal" way and I got it. Some trouble but all worked out great. I print this just in case someone else has the same issue.

I thank everyone before and I forgot to thank the person (male or female) who saved the day - Chamb...thank you very much. Boy, I am glad that's over:)

Looks like they (GOG) have fixed the problem. I've re downloaded a full 1.7G game and it's installing now.

Did you try the new downloader? It has worked great for me, and does a better job of error correction on large files.

Okay, let me try this here. I just bought and downloaded Phantasmagoria 1 and wanted to install it, but after clicking the .exe setup file, it passes the integrity check and then.. nothing. No installation screen, nothing. The processes are running, I can tell from the task manager, but nothing is happening. What is up with this? Restarting pc didn't work.

It could take awhile for the install process to begin, since it's a bigger game. If it doesn't come up, it might be best to redownload.

Hey..

So...I bought the game from this site..and i get the following message "Checking file integrity" But nothing happens after that.

Can anyone please try and shed light on this for me please? Thank you.

I have the Phantasmagoria games 1&2.
They will not install on my computer(Windows 7 x64)
This is a windows 95 game. Is instalation even possible?
