No matter how many times I watch that murder, I do not understand how being force-fed can kill you. Just because the food was disgusting, that alone does not kill you. Was there some poison or some kind of toxin in the food?

Lou Ann's book of lies says that she choked, but I don't hear any distinctive choking sound. Don't people make a sound when they choke? Plus, there's a reason I call Lou Ann's book the "book of lies," because there's a lot of other information in that book that we learn isn't true. So if Lou Ann's book said that she choked, that means she probably didn't choke. Plus, why wouldn't she chew and swallow the food so she doesn't choke?

I suppose she couldn't breathe with that thing in her mouth, and when the opening to that thing was covered in meat. But then she still should've been able to breathe through her nose.

The funnel was keeping her mouth open, stopping her from chewing anything, thus it was going straight down her throat whole. Once it gets down far enough it would block the windpipe and suffocate/choke her. She could have prevented this from happening to some extent by closing her throat (with her tongue), until he starts forceably pushing the meat in that is.

You call Lou Ann's book the book of lies, but to some extent every article is true, except for the obviously wrong ones, like where the previously divorced wives has left never to be heard from again (although technically that's true as well, nobody ever did hear anything from them again)
Leonora broke her neck (in the torturedevice, by Zoltan's hand)
Regina choked on a piece of meat (or tripe, viscera, intestines and other stuff Zoltan stuffed down her throat, and yes, you can hear the chokesounds, it's the funky metallic sounding hork-horks)
