There is an old thread that mentions this issue, but AIUI the OP of that thread was happy to run in window mode, not full screen.

If I try to set the res to 1600x1200 (below the native res of my monitor) the game crashes; saying the res is not supported by my hardware (it deffo is). Also, I get the same crash if I change the INI file directly.

How can I get the game in a higher res?

TIA,

DrT

Your contact us form does not support text files only image files so how can I send DxDiag.txt to GOG.com?

Are you using the Hardware Information(optional) section or the one just underneath the text entry box?
The one under the text box.

Already had a reply for tech support - sent my DXDiag info, they said "Please use one of the lower resolutions or start the game in windowed mode. The window can be stretched (you can also maximize it) to fill the full screen."
