Any suggestions of mods or ways to get the camera to give a lower-positioned, wider view (other than F8/photo mode) of my city? The game is okay but very hard to see with the high angle of the camera.

Click and hold the center mouse button/scroll button and drag up/down instead of left/right.
I know that Q/E rotates the camera the same as the center/scroll button does, but I haven't figured out if there's a dedicated set of of keys that control the up/down, which would be a nice feature.
