I have tried searching for him but I can never find him and there are literally zero walkthroughs online to help me on this. Not even the official one. Can someone please help?

Edit. Nevermind. I found him. This game is pretty dang hard. Although it is awesome.

Double edit. Where do I get mail from?

My apologies on the first point. I didn't see that at first. My bad. Also there are some translation mess ups in the walkthrough, like George being called Georgiy which confused the heck out of me.
