I want to be able to alt-tab on second monitor without minimizing the game.

On Steam version, you can add -popupwindow parameter at launch and put the game on windowed to make it a true borderless mode.

How can we do this on GOG please?

I had a little trouble so I thought I'd post what the issue was and that it does work once you have patience. I initially added the parameter to the Windows shortcut and that didn't work. The chrome stayed on the window always and I couldn't tab out. Then I entered the parameter to the Arguments field in the Gog Galaxy>Manage Installation>Configure section and it worked...the second time I started it up because I hadn't changed it to Window before adding the -popupwindow parameter.

It is something I recommend as an alternative to the starting parameter attribute, whenever people feel unsure about "hacking the game". But setting those starting parameters is just a simple setting thingy ~
