Dear Devs,

are achievements on GOG live or they are going to be available at later date, cause I just killed the Large Water Elemental in Shield Maze and nothing happened.

Hello! The achievements are indeed live. They might be a bit slow or delayed, but they should unlock regardless.

I think, that there might be something wrong with them indeed. I didn't receive a Radiance achievement too.

Edit:
Small Update
I just got both of them. I reinstalled the game, start the playthrough anew and got them without issues. Don't know what has changed, maybe before something went wrong with patching the pre-load version. So the issue was definetly on my side.
