As Chaotic Good do you think I should go for Harrim (Chaotic Neutral) or Jhod (Lawful Good)?

I'm lawful good and chose Harrim. No issues.

I did chose Harrim, never had problems with him.

Advisors don't matter much as long as you don't disagree with them too often. and with high DC's it is always better to have companion advisor.
