I've seen an image of a conversation during the Great Debates which referred to giant space hamsters (in different words), which is an obvious nod to BG, Minsc and Boo.
I looked over some loot, and saw the Winter Wolf Pelt from a quest (those who have played know which one). All pelts are worth very little in the game, even from difficult encounters/enemies. Yet this one is worth 500, the exact same value as from BG for those pelts (which could be doubled if you handed it in to the 'right' vendor). Do you think this may be a nod to Baldur's Gate as well? Leaning that way myself since it's such an outlier, but it could be a coincidence of course.
