I have downloaded the installation files with Gog Galaxy and then tried to run the installer.
It runs just fine until it reaches roughtly 95%, then it freezes because of an "Internal error: Expression error Runtime error (at 500:5) out of string range". I tried this twice and got the same result. Any suggestions?

Why did you download offline installer? Why did you not just select the game in Galaxy and press 'Install'?

If I do what you suggest, will Galaxy save the installation files somewhere and keep them after installing the game?
My home has limited bandwitdh and I supposed the best thing to do was downloading the files on a friend's pc and then transfering them to mine.

The whole point of using Galaxy is that you don't need the offline installers. But if you do want them, after the game is installed via Galaxy, just go to 'More > Backups and Goodies' in Galaxy any time you want to download them.
