So, when I booted up the GOG client this morning, it started a new update. (This is not the Definitive Edition update, as I was playing on the latest patch last night.) After the update finished, I went to play my deliverer. I get a "DLC Required" message over all of my saved games across all of my characters. Does anyone have any ideas besides just starting a new game and abandoning all the others?

Same problem here... creating a new game doesn't solve it, because it still doesn't recognize DLC ... I can't create a Tiefling for example ...

After seeing this problem, I downloaded the DLC separately from GOG.com and tried to install it from that standalone installer. However, it said the DLC wasn't compatible with my version of the game.

My guess is that while the main game has been patched to version 2.1.0i, the DLC is still 2.1.0h.

I have no idea if this is something that will just get fixed in an hour or so, or will actually prevent my playing the game for days...

Same. lowered my review from 2 > 1. Low already due to freezes whenever the capslock key is pressed and frequently when alt tabbing.
I'm using Galaxy for updates. No problems for me except for double text messages. (I do own the DLCs)

This is a Unity game. It's about the most unfriendly engine possible for ALT-TAB or weird screen resolutions. But that is all Unity games, not just Pathfinder.
I too am encountering this issue. I do not know which upgrade caused the issue as I hadn't played in a while. Rolling back to the version of 8 months ago got things to work again. Need to follow this so that I know when it is fixed as I would love to try the turn based system.
Reinstalled the game without mods and still getting this bug... really infuriating that I have to roll back the patches, but am glad that I have that option! It's too bad that steam users have a work-around by installing in a shorter path, meaning the devs will largely ignore the issue going forward!

I'd try raising the issue there and on owlcat's forums, maybe even their twitter, maybe we'll get an answer...

Interesting, Where did you uncover this sir?
The problem is with the latest updates, 2.1.0i and 2.1.0j. You can revert to 2.1.0h and that should solve the DLC problem.

From another topic about the same problem:

Just wanted to let you know that we are aware of the problem and our Product/QA Team is currently investigating it.

I am afraid that for the time being the only workaround is indeed reverting back to the 2.1.0h version.

For those who are still having difficulties please try the following:

GOG GALAXY-> GAME -> The nobs button next to your play button-> Manage installation->Configure -> Installation -> Uncheck "Automatically update to newest version"

Once you uncheck "Automatically update to newest version" please make sure to select the 2.1.0h version and press OK.
