so GOG is telling me i can't sync my game because i have to many saves, problem is i just deleted my old playthough saves like 40 or so saves yet apperently that wasn't enough, i usually save over old saves so it's not like i constantly make new ones yet it's still to much?

I suggest to wait a day or so before re-syncing your saves. Sometimes the system works with a delay. Also a lot depends on how much the limit was exceeded. Pathfinder saves are big unfortunately so you may still be above the limit.
