It ends at 92% with the following message since yesterday:
"L'installation a échoué (E3) Echec lors de la connexion aux servers Gog.com"

I try to disable firewall and Antivirus, but still the same error.

Any idea

Been having the same exact issue. Downloads to 92% and the error always come back as "can't connect to GoG servers."

The file that seems to have an issue is :
Kingmaker_Data\StreamingAssets\Bundles\resource_d11f0448c46105c43a57a2da483e2c78.download

I will try to retrieve it on my laptop which has an old install to see if I can bypass that

(the game however if I start it from the executable in its folder it seems to work…)

Hello, i had a similar problem, i cant start the game after download its stops at 99%.
The solution that just worked is to start the game.exe from the gog folder to start the game not from the launcher.
Sry for my bad writing skills my english is not that good.

Holy smoke, guys! Somebody needs to open a ticket and let GOG know if there's a problem like this. I am not a Galaxy user or I would do it myself.

That was my experience with the first Galaxy and so, I still use GOG downloader. When Galaxy works right, then there are definite benefits (also benefits in that it decreases the number of some kinds of support tickets). However, there are a lot more moving parts to Galaxy than a simple download - many more ways for things to fail.

Having the same problems as everyone else. Can run the game directly using the .exe file but that means I cna't use the cloud save sync feature of galaxy...

I am having a similar issue but it is stopping at 99.9% with .2MB left. I opened a ticket with support so we will see if they can do anything. I'm currently downloading through the GOG installer and will update if that works.

I have the same issue, install of kingmaker ends at 92% with error:E3 server connect error. Other games download and install just fine with GOG 2.0.
I managed to download the installers with GOG downloader, but I need to install it manually to check if it works

Today afternoon, the game works normally, I did nothing special... Maybe it has been patched...

Let us know how that goes, I downloaded installers fine but halfway through install I blue screened. Trying again one last time for tonight.

edit: verified the files before trying to reinstall from GOG installer files and found nothing wrong with them will update when finished.

edit2: So after 2nd blue screen I uninstalled and reinstalled graphics drivers after seeing the crash was coming from my nvidia drivers failing. Retried install and it is now working I am in character creation. Looks to have synced to Galaxy as well.

Just decided to work last night with no changes on my end. I'm guessing something was done in the background to sort it...

Unfortunately i still have exact same problem. So it has not been fixed permanently.

Same problem here, I use 2 computers one with Windows 10 and one with Windows 7. It installed fine on the Win10 one but getting an Installation Failed E3 error at 92% on the Win7 PC.
