This is a bug that I have from the beginning and haven't found any solution yet (nor reinstalling the whole game after patch 1.08B). When exiting the game (via Main Menu > Desktop, and via Desktop directly) the game crashes.

Also, I think it is because of this problem that Kingmaker always executes a First Run check, as if never executed before.

Anyone else with this problem?

I've the problem since vanilla and had asked on kickstarter page.

Replies say there will always be the "loading for the first time, please wait for a few minutes" loading bar even without exiting game error, so no way to skip the long loading time.

Yep. I think that A gog thing though. I have other games on gog that do this.

Yes, if you have this issue any info will help us. You can get logs on gog in the settings of the game, where you can turn on "command line argument".
