Hi!

I have played the game till the end, but was not able to unlock the killing achievements (Murderer and following).

It is required to kill 5 persons, 10 persons, 15 persons in a row.

I managed to kill 25+ people in a row, but no achivement was unlocked.

Is this a problem on my side, bad install or something or is the GOG-offline installer of this game broken?

Has anybody got these achivements without galaxy? Thanks a lot!

They were unlocked for me without a problem.

You need to kill people fast in a row (for each 5 people you will get a "combo" message), the best place to do this is in the party with the skeletons, just go to the upper right side and stab the body bags for easy and quick kills.

Thanks. I got the "Combo" message more than once, on different maps. With knive-only, bombs or electric attacks.

No chance, no such achievents. I read the steam forums, many people have problems with these. Seems to be a random error, which source can not be found out.

So I will never be able to unlock the hidden butcher character, time to uninstall the game I presume.

Might write to GOG support in hope for a fix in the future (unlikely as it is).

As far as I know, the achievements themselves can only be unlocked by series of stabbing. Even if your combo rises with all sorts of murders. So they are quite difficult to unlock. The most often suggested method is the use of smoke bombs in crowded places.

I only managed to get the first two achievements, I didn't manage to get the butcher-unlocking one. But I know people who did. And the fact that I managed to get the 10-stabs-in-the-row achievement means that they work.

Oh, I didn't know about the combos.

I got all three and it was pretty easy if you use my method in the skeleton level.

These also appear bugged for me. I've killed lots of people in a row, through various different means (stabbing, bombs, traps), got the combo message, the achievement never unlocked.
