I have played through this game a few times, and loved it, but it is not working completely right on my PC. The stamp does not appear on the visa (but it works gameplay-wise, so the stamp is invisible lol) and the hands on the clock inside the booth is also invisible. I presume that this is a problem with my hardware/ software, and not a bug? Is there any way to fix this?

Specs: Windows Xp, AMD Athlon 64 x2, Nvidia GeForce 6150LE, 2 gb ram, I have no idea what version of OpenGL I am using, it is an old one.

I'm not sure if this is the same problem as you, but one thing you could try is increasing your desktop screen resolution.

I don't think this is the problem, my monitor is set to its highest resolution of 1280x1024. Is that still too low for this game?

I play it at 1280x1024, no problem at all. But I have a gtx460.

I think that the game will require at least a 7600...

Believe that's an OpenGL 2.1 card. Sounds more like a driver issue. Try newer drivers if available. Then try older drivers.

I have now updated the drivers for my video card (long overdue), and installed GPU caps viewer. Apparently I have OpenGL 2.0.

I am still having the problem with the game, so it looks like I will just have to deal with it until I get a new PC. Thanks anyway

Did you try Software Rendering Mode? That would be the boot.xml file, but I assume you can just change that in-game?

If that doesn't help, contact support. It's why they are there.
