Greetings, everyone.

I have got this wonderful game recently but it does not work on my 32-bit Windows 7 with the current 2.4 version of the game.

Reading other entries in the forum, people seem to be able to run it on 64-bit systems.

Are there any fixes for this problem? Maybe is another version coming soon?

It's not a GOG problem - I bought the game directly from the developer, and it's the same there. Version 2.4 only works on 64-bit systems; do not patch the game to 2.4 if you're using 32-bit.

I haven't had any luck running this game on my Win 7 32-bit.

For one thing, I wouldn't know how to get any earlier version. I'm guessing that's pretty much out.

For another, none of the digging I've done suggests they've switched to some 64-bit exclusive mode. Maybe the Unity Player itself had an update that's causing a glitch, but I should hope they wouldn't deliberately abandon 32-bit.

I have a support ticket, and I'm hoping GOG gets back to me with a solution, or at least more info. If I figure it out, I'll post it.

There's a Steam update to version 2.4a - apparently the developer just accidentally uploaded the wrong build and no one thought to check. Unfortunately, said developer hasn't shared that update with either his own website or GOG, so... *shrug*

Inform GOG staff thru support so they can contact the dev about it.

I didn't purchase the game through GOG, I bought it directly from the developer. Not that that helped...

Well, then you could inform dev about it and at the same time ask him to send new build to GOG (and GamersGate while you're at it) as well. ;-)

Tried that. No answer from the dev. Maybe GOG will have better luck if enough people make noise - they're currently selling a version of the game that ONLY works on 64-bit while advertising that it works for 32-bit as well.

GamersGate version hasn't been update since begining of the year and is at 2.1b. :-p Obviously both should be fixed.

I have the same problem with this game as I am running Windows 7 32 bit. Have contacted the developer directly and hopefully GOG can also provide an updated install file or patch.

To everyone on the thread: contact GOG support and ask for a roll-back copy. I did and was provided with one. Not a perfect fix, but better than a non-functioning game.
