Hi guys, im thinking about buying this game, i played a demo a while back and liked it.

Though, im wondering how the campaign is played, is it just a set number of missions with set armies from the start? or is it more like Panzer General in the aspect that you continue your next mission with the losses from the last mission still in effect?

Also, is there are promotion/exp system like in PG for tanks and crews?

And is there the option to buy new tanks or equipment for your force in the game?
Almost a month and no reply, whats the point of even posting here?

Forget it, ill check on google, this site is a joke. So much for a helpful community.

Obviously, people are not very talkative around here...

anyway, to your questions:
1. missions are not dynamical, they are always pre-set, though the in-game AI might stirr things up a bit, also, I am pretty sure, that starting positions of enemy units can be randomly selected by computer (from pre-defined areas, that is)
2. however, if you lose a tank, its is lost for you - heavily damaged tank can be salvaged (and I think the repairs might actually take some time), destroyed tank is destroyed for good
3. crewmembers can be promoted, decorated, hired, wounded, killed
4. you can get new equipment over time and expect your platoon to be really a wild mix of vehicles, also, sometimes the game offers "one off opportunity" to get some extra vehicle (like additional Tiger tank for your platoon - you are playing regular tank platoon, ie. PzIII/IV/V(Panthers) and Shermans/Stuarts/Wolverines are your tanks and even Panthers and Wolverines are pretty difficult to get) and of course, you really need to watch your ammo supply.

TBBH, I think that by now you have probably figured all of this by yourself, or you have simply decided to ignore his game (I don't blame you), but still I think that this could be useful either for you - or for somebody else interested in this game.
