P.s.: For the Spawn Counts I got 4:

#1 Original spawn

#2 I once spawned near the Acadia (? – the tower with the housing where the purple clinic is) after loading my save game for some reason (and there were other corpses than mine (the red ones) on the floor near me didn’t understand what happened, really… but I assume this is one of the counts.

#3 I glitched out and couldn’t defend myself all of the sudden and died from 2 enemies… the number of time the attack / alternate attack gets stuck in this game is astounding…

#4 I died to the final Boss on my first attempt from a 2 hit kill ... (after which getting the suit after that was quite frustrating...)

You made me think about the fact that version 1.0.0.4 still shows as "1.0.0.3" in the menu in the Steam version (in case you guys get 1.0.0.4 on GOG and see the same). Don't think its the same with your version 1.002 on GOG however but you might as well be aware!
