I contacted support for the Painkiller multiplayer cd-key one week ago. I followed the steps for the key request.

At the end it said it should take no longer than 24 hours for an answer. So I figured maybe my ticket got lost because the game was removed from the catalog.

I tried to resubmit my support ticket but every time I try to use the support for the game I get redirected - the links are broken.

How do you get the key now?

That's because Painkiller games were removed from GOG. To submit a support ticket, go here - http://www.gog.com/support/contact/general_website_questions and select "multiplayer key request" from Problem type dropdown menu.
Thank you. I will try that.
Just purchase this, as it was on sale. I am playing exclusively in Linux. So, just requested a key, will report back how it goes. If I don't - it was successful :)
Yay! I recieved multiplayer key!

Which Painkiller games were removed?

African_wildlife: Which Painkiller games were removed?
There is only 1 Painkiller game on GOG (sorry for the confusion), which was removed on September 1, 2014, but it was re-added on May 8, 2015.
