The game crashes frequently, have tried a few workarounds but little luck so far. I'll start by saying I have a non-standard system and that may be a big part of the problem. The crashes appear to be random, ie: not triggered by the same thing every time and not related to play time.
Sometimes the error log blames "d3d11.dll" so I tried forcing the game to run DirectX 9, but it looked like garbage and was even more unstable.
Sometimes the game crashes after sleeping, during combat, moving between areas, or even after using the map.
I have tried running in "Compatibility mode for Windows 7", lowering the resolution, running on Medium graphics settings, and updating my graphics card drivers.
Here are my PC's specs:
Windows 10 Enterprise 64 Bit
AMD Radeon RX 470 4GB
Dual Intel Xeon E5520 2.27GHz CPUs
24 GB RAM
My video card driver date is 9/9/2019
2.27GHz may seem slow, but both CPUs can run reliably at a boost factor of 3.2GHz+
My system is fully DirectX 9, 11, 12, etc. compatible, and have not had any problem with other games such as "DOOM 2016" "The Surge" "Conan: Exiles" or any of a number of games with higher system requirements running on high or ultra graphics settings.
Any thoughts?
