Is possible display the achievements of Outlast like Steam on GOG Galaxy? Thanks. :)

Not yet, but maybe some time later on. So far, I think only some of the Witcher games offer Galaxy achievements. But I believe it will be up to individual game companies to add achievements to the Galaxy versions of their games.

That means only new games will have achievements. That's nothing to get excited about
