What is the Earth time period for a Moon?

Although I can't state this on authority, I would imagine approximately a month, as it takes about a month for the moon to complete one full cycle of phases.

I got the impression it was about a day, actually, given the amount of moons certain things are said to take.

This is really hard to tell as Adelpha has two moons (I assume you are talking about the Adelpha term "moon").
Sometimes, I get the impression that a moon could be something similar as a month - like on Earth - but most of the time it sounds more like days.
Since the game has no time progression this is hard to tell but I would go with a day.

I thought so too whan I played it the first few hours but "thousends of moons" like the Talan say would then be a pretty long time :)
I guess days or moon-passings.
