I've played Omikron several times but this time, whenever I go to the Fight Club, there is no battery offered for sale to allow me to compete in the tournament. I've tried as two different characters with the same result. Has this happened to you before?

You must first find a flyer/advertisement for the tournament. I think there's a bar in Anekbah, where people attack you. There may also be one in Yodim's office in Police HQ.
