When did this DLC sneak onto GoG?

I'm surprised considering the reaction the main game and the Con Artist DLC got. It just seems to be a little underhand in the way it was done. I hope this is the last one from this game. These DLCs look to be nothing more than something that's knocked-up on a game editor in a couple of hours.

Is this kind of stealth inclusion going to be the norm now on GoG?
