The Crusader Kings vibes are obvious. But it also reminds me of The Sacred and the Profane, which injected new life into the game with a lot of new events and small but commonplace mechanics.

This time it's not GOG's fault though, something went wrong on the devs's side, so release is delayed until tomorrow.

Installation fails with Galaxy on Mac OS. After installing the game, Galaxy reports an extra update. But this update is impossible to install. Galaxy fails every time...

It would have been a basic courtesy and decent PR work to post a quick Blue sticky into the forum though. "Due to circumstances out of our control, Behind the Throne will not be available today. We currently expect it tomorrow." Two minutes work and everyone who was refreshing the frontpage for a while could have been, well, not exactly happy but at least informed and not angry at yet another ****** with no one left in the office to look at the issue.

Apologies for the issue and for the lack of communication.

An updated build is now with GoG for checking and we hope this will be released shortly.

A new Mac build has just been uploaded that should resolve this issue.

For me it is impossible to install the game. I have completely removed the game folder and reinstalled new. Galaxy fails.

Same here.

I tried reinstalling Old World for the new build since I was getting a 0.9MB update that never installed successfully on my previous install of Old World. So I uninstalled to start from scratch.

Now I can't successfully install the new build from GOG Galaxy. I keep getting a "install failed" message.

edit: waited a few hours and was able to successfully reinstall the game. checked for updates afterwards to see if I get the the uninstallable follow-up update and the game says it's "up to date" so I'm hoping for the best.
