How do I select the DLC i purchased to be used when I launch the game? I can't see them anywhere but my order history!

Purchased DLC should be active automatically.

In Galaxy, right click Old World and select Manage Installation and then Configure. There is a DLC tab on this screen that should list all the DLC you own. If it doesn't, please contact GOG support for assistance with this.

Another way to check is on the main menu in game, Owned DLC in the bottom left will show what is currently active.

When starting a new game any owned DLC will be automatically active, but can be disabled on a per game basis using the Select DLC button at the bottom of the Advanced Setup screen.
