I'm experiencing screen tearing combined with very low FPS (10-15!).
Interestingly enough, tearing stops if I Alt+Tab game, but then it's replaced by frequent screen flickering.

I just got the game and am seeing the same thing. Did you ever figure out a fix? Tried some different compatability changes but didn't have any effect.
