Nothing like waiting seven hours in a cold library waiting for one of your favorite games to download, right? Problem: when I open it up, I get the startup menu (with the control configurations, screen resolutions, all that jazz), and hit play, whereupon the toolbar icon shows up, and nothing else, and I *hear* the soundbite for the Oddworld Inhabitants' logo. When that soundbite is done playing, the game closes itself.

I was a bit angry. :c

Same situation. it crashes immediately after the initial setup screen.

AMD graphics card here, but based of that article, it doesn't sound like that would be the only problem lol. Oh well, you live, you learn.

in other words: I bought something that simply won't run on my PC. Damn. Thanks for the heads up, GOG.

This game runs fine on my custom Win 8 PC but can't even get it to start on my laptop.
