Tried the various Windows 10 fixes but nothing was working so had a tinker with dgVoodoo and got it working.
Got this one working on Windows 11 (64 Bit OS only) using DGVoodoo 2 (Version 2.79)
Download dgVoodoo
http://dege.freeweb.hu/dgVoodoo2/dgVoodoo2/
Once downloaded extract into a folder then copy/paste dgVoodooCpl.exe and dgVoodoo.conf into the Nox root folder
Then go back to extracted DGVoodoo folder
Open the MS folder and then the x86 folder and copy paste the 4 files into the Nox root foldder overwriting any files that may pop up.
Now go back to the dgVoodoo foler and into the MS folder but this time go in the x64 folder and copy and paste the file into the Nox root folder overwriting any existing file.
Then check both NOX & Game exe files and remove admin and any compatibility settings except for Reduced colour mode to 16 Bit on both files and Apply.
Now open dgVoodoo that you copied into the Nox directory. It should have the directory in the top bar where you have Nox installed. If not click Add to the right and point it to said Nox root directory.
You don't have to mess with anything but the DirectX settings
DirectX tab :
Videocard : dgVoodoo Virtual 3D Accelerated Card
VRam : 256Mb
Filtering (optional) : Force Anisotropic 16x
Resolution (optional) : 1024x768
MSAA (optional) : 8x
Uncheck everything in the Misc section at the bottom
Now click Apply
From here you should be good to go.
Only minor issue is that when you start the game it doesn't show the intro, just the scroll with text. However you can watch the intro via the menu on the main screen which is kinda weird.
