Is it possible to play multiplayer on LAN?
I would like to just install this on two of my PCs and play with my wife.

It was not possible on Steam version, because it required being connected with Steam, so I would have to buy two copies on separate accounts.

Hello:

I have the same problem. I want to play with only one copy of the game with my brother. And we do not arrive to connect together in the same game.
Consequently, I wonder if there is a possibility to play with the same account in a multiplayer game.
If it is not possible, I hope developpers consider the lines below.
I played Spellforce III and in the new version of the game (the DLC), they permitted to create an account in the servor editor. With these accounts, we can to play on multiplayer games with only one copy of the game (in GOG at least).

I hope in a recent future, it will be possible to play in multiplayer game with only one copy of the game in GOG witch sell games without DRM.

I'd love do know that as well. Did anyone try to install multiple times and play over LAN?
And if not LAN, is it possible to play together with one license over internet?

Hey guys,

There's no LAN feature at this time, but it's high on our community wishlist and will be reviewed and discussed by the team soon. I'll keep you all updated on that.

And as far as I am aware, you can only install and play one copy of the game at this time.

Hey Unfortunately not just yet, with the lockdown in France over the last couple of months of 2020 and subsequently working from home since, we haven't been able to get around to a lot of the things we'd have liked to.

However, hopefully we'll be back in the office soon, and we will be raising this! :)

Hey James,

I had bought Northgard on steam back in 2018. I decided to grab it here to complete the DLC and play local multiplayer with my boys. Is there a timeline on when a LAN game option will be available?

Thanks! Looking forward to introducing my boys to Northgard.

I am super looking forward to this feature as well! It would be great to be able to Northgard locally either on the go or without a stable internet connection!

They are going in the opposite direction it appears. Disappointing.

Good luck playing this game with your someone in 10-20 years when the servers are down or otherwise with your offline installer if you don't use Galaxy.

I think It is a bug.. I just found the solution " Deactivate all network components individually." This worked for me!

We are dealing with scam & spy business. There is no chance. We will ever get LAN gameplay. Everything has to connect to HQ to send your private data that will be abused.

GOG.com support such scam & spy business.
