There is no Standalone installer 20201015-1909 ⇒ 20201019- 049 for me in the menu only patch_noita_20201017-_028_(42021)_to_20201019-_049_(42069) and that isn't working, as there is no 20201017 patch?

The 20201015-1909 ⇒ 20201019- 049 standalone installer update was on 19 October, followed by the 20201019- 049 ⇒ 20201020- 008 one on 20 October, and on that date, per GOG's normal practice, the 20201019- 049 installer was removed.
And later on the same date, the standalone installer was updated again, 20201020- 008 ⇒ 20201021- 016, which in turn led to the removal of the 20201020- 008 one.

One has to keep close track of the updates, as removal of previous installers and patches happen with almost every update, and if one misses a patch in between, the only patch is to download and use the latest standalone installer.
