Those rebuying are going to feel mighty silly if the update does release, and even supports crossplay. I know if it doesn't I'm not rebuying anything... I'm contacting HG for a Steam key or GOG for a cash refund. Simple as that.

Thanks. yeah sucks when you buy it twice because there is no communication from the dev or reseller.

We at least have confirmation that the update is processing through steam, and is about to launch imminently. You can not fault people for getting nervous about this patch dropping at all when we haven't even seen a media release regarding it on GoG.

That, combined with previous lack of feature parity, can easily give a very negative impression about this upcoming patch.

Yes it's understandable, but let's give them some time before we bring out the pitchforks. The update has been updated on the internal dev branch on Steam but still not public. We can't track this on GOG, but the build may be on a private branch on Galaxy too.

Sure. I can speculate why this was, and I don't think it will impact NEXT, but it's not worth repeating again here.

Considering that you have the money to spend when you could have waited a bit, I'd say no, no it does not! :) I for one have no real reason to buy it from steam when I already have the DRM-Free version! Though to be fair, the thought did cross my mind that if I had the money...

I can`t buy the game on steam AND GOG ! i payed 60 $$ on gog.com i played it and now i-m left to watch others on Youtube and twitch enjoing themselves...
