You can change the options. The trick is that after changing the graphics options, you have to press and hold the left mouse button on the Apply button. If you just click Apply like in other games, it doesn't actually apply the changes. To add to that, when you press and hold, your only cue what is going on is a two toned white circle, which can be hard to distinguish depending on your monitor and eyesight.

Make sure you up from 30fps to 60fps or else it chugs along.

Also some graphic changes you must exit and restart the game.

The stuttering sometimes is it generating the terrain on the fly/ Hopefully they can fix it.

Damn, you can actually get it running, I am going to get a refund, it crap that won't start.

Tons of streamers have the same problem. Low res terrible graphics.

The stuttering is awful. I even turned the settings down and it did nothing. Something wrong with the view distance terrain generating. Everything else is fine except when moving fast or generating distant terrain.

I think he meant the textures look low resolution no matter how high you put the setting on. I concur by the way. The maximum texture setting looks really low res.

For some reason I get the impression the whole game is being rendered at a lower resolution and then upscaled. I don't know if it's that or some kind of AA or filter, but the edges are somewhat blurry. And the textures too. It's like the pilot has vision problems or something :P
