I found a 5.99 meters one, same height as a TRex but looks more like a dog/bear combo with horns.

Think I discovered something else.. the furthest planets from the stations (1.5mill kilometers+) seem to have the most variation always.

those "pearls"...are they called like graviton spheres or something like that?

im currently on a planet that has them just sitting around on the ground all over the place...and has giant building sized pillars of gold all over.

but like you if i pick up one of the spheres sentinels come in from everywhere. i dont mind though...i keep picking them up and selling them im getting around 25k a pop...im making a killing here they are literally on the ground everywhere.

too bad i cant mine those gold pillars though....the sentinels on this planet are super aggro and attack on sight.

Yep, figured out later they are graviton spheres. MY only gripe is I wish the walking sentinels would come from a logical position rather than appearing on me out of nowhere.

First creature I saw in the game that chased and killed another animal. Didn't think this was in the game, but apparently it is, just the conditions for triggering it must be comically rare.

Yes it is. i`ve seen them chase and kill another creature (in fact very early into the game). I haven`t seen them eating it though.

Nasty neighbourhood

Even the Sentinels are fed up and leaving the planet.

I`m still looking for something approaching 10-12 metres which was around the T-rex dinosaur size. Wish me luck!

Trex is around 5m tall, I've seen one creature 6m already so I know there are larger ones.

I'm guessing you're thinking length, which we don't have any measurement in game to compare too. Safe to say that some of the creatures in game are larger than many dinosaurs were here on earth.
