That's the builtin default location, they're stored in a different location when using F12... Users\Yournamehere\Onedrive\documents\GOG GALAXY\Screenshots\No Man's sky, or whatever game you want to find... I only found that location on my own...

Ah, ok so it was F12 you were using, then yes they'd be in One Drive if it's set to upload them there. it's good you found them though!
